WBO hosted the WBO Annual Executive Directors Meeting on March 5th, 6th and 7th. Alvaro Alpízar, President/Chair of the Board of Directors and Fermin Cuza, International President, led the meeting with the support of the managerial staff members and the Technical Committee of World BASC Organization. On the first day, the agenda included lectures by Mrs. Sandra Rozo, President of EICONEX International, a leader in corporate ontological coaching, with the aim of generating growth strategies for effective team work activities, achievement of goals, sharing of experiences and commitments for the organization in the coming years.
During the second day, Members of the World BASC Organization Managing staff and the Technical Committee led the presentations of the recent changes related to the BASC training center (CICAB) and WBO work plans and projects. The presentations included information related to cooperation, BASC opportunities, the enhancement for joint efforts and projects.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for integration and team work with the participation of the different Executive directors from the 11 National BASC Chapters as well as the regional chapters, along with the WBO administrative headquarter staff and special guests, which allowed the follow-up of the objectives in a coordinated work towards integrating efforts, trust and joint work between WBO and its member chapters.
